Shipping policy

At EDULA, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has officially shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or seasonal holidays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always work hard to get your items to you as soon as possible.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, with delivery estimates typically ranging from 5–7 business days for standard shipping to 1–3 business days for expedited services. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. For our international customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. EDULA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, as they are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these instances on a case-by-case basis but are dedicated to finding a satisfactory solution for our customers.
